Strategic Planning, infrastructure Planning
Our strategic planning process is aligned to our company strategic plans which have established a set of practices to ensure that the company’s processes and allotment of resources, support the vision established in the strategic plan. This makes us be able to:

- Understand what resources will be needed to seize opportunities or overcome the challenges,
- Provide us with a sense of direction, and
- Marshall us around a common mission to follow our standard operations procedures and to be accountable.
