Our Goal
We represent the Belt and Road Joint Initiative Fund in the SADC Region. To fund and support technically governmental infrastructure projects. This fund will concentrate on investments that will create jobs, and industrial modernization projects in the field of transformation, energy and infrastructure, rail and railways, smart cities, gas – to – power generation as part of the developmental agenda for Africa.

China Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC)
Was founded in 1970. It is a large transnational corporation under the jurisdiction of the State and Administration Commission of the State of Council of China. Its business scope covers water conservancy, hydro and thermal power, highways, railways, bridges, ports, waterways projects and invests in industrial, civil buildings and real estate development. CGGC leads in innovative engineering construction technologies, holds a number of top-level professional qualifications in the construction industry. CGGC projects are dedicated to improving people’s livelihood and promoting social development and investment. One of its outstanding works includes the Three Gorges Project.
China Railways Group Limited (CREC8)
CREC8 is a state-owned construction company under China Railway Engineering Group which is one of the top 500 enterprises in the world. It is a large group integrating engineering construction, project design, investment and management, industrial facility manufacturing, vehicle repair and maintenance, trade and logistics, cement products and other services. The registered capital is 1.738 Billion RMB. The group has 11,300 employees, including 450 first-class construction engineers, 46 professor-level senior engineers and more than 6,000 professional and technical personnel. The group obtains the Special Grade General Contractor Qualification for railway engineering and construction, road construction and municipal engineering construction, Grade 1 Special Contractor Qualification for bridges engineering, tunnel engineering, road substructure, railway track-laying and beam erecting, Grade 11 General Contractor Qualification for water conservancy and hydropower engineering. Grade III qualification for communication engineering and urban track engineering. Their annual turnover is over 30 Billion RMB. CREC8 headquarters is in Chengdu City of Sichuan Province.
China Chongqing International Construction Company (CICC)
A mainstay subsidiary of Chonqing Foreign Trade and Economy Corporation. It has been qualified as a Class A enterprise for China-aided turnkey projects, a Grade 1 general contractor for the construction of municipal public works, a Grade 1 general contractor for construction building works, a Grade II general constructor for highway works and Grade II specialists contractor for port and coast works. They have established overseas companies in companies in Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda. Jordan, Liberia and 5 wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries and 12 branch companies in China. CICC has completed 200 projects in China.
Anhui Construction Engineering Group Co. Ltd (ACEG)
AECG was founded in 1952. It is one of the Top 500 China Enterprises and also Top 250 ENR’s international constructors. Its main businesses are engineering construction, investment, industrial chain finance and real estate, and possesses five top-grade qualifications as a general construction contractor in sectors of building and road construction, municipal infrastructure engineering and so on and possesses franchises to contract projects and to implement Chinese foreign aid turn-key projects of construction. ACEG has more than 140 professional qualifications for different kinds of projects, including 74 first-class qualifications. Through efforts over the past few years, AECG has successfully and strategically transformed its business types from traditional construction to investment operations with a trend to high-end business and upstream of the industrial chain by themes of “Reform, Transformation and Development”. ACEG has invested nearly RMB50Billion Yuan in a number of projects involving water conservancy, energy, transportation, environmental protection and urban infrastructure in many cities in Anhui Province and other parts of China. It has also set foot in investment businesses in regions such as Hong Kong and in countries such as Angola, Algeria, Kenya and has accumulated rich experience in investment operations management and in 2016, AECG accelerated the course of business upgrading and transformation that 11 projects contracts based on PPP mode signed with a total contract amount of RMD20Billion Yuan, and an industrial fund has been established between ACEG and a banking body that a project valued some RMD100Billion Yuan can be financed a nowadays, ACEG has achieved scaled production for its building industrialized base and rapid development of the industrial chain finance.
Sinohydro Bureau 9 Co Ltd
It’s a Chinese state-owned hydropower engineering and construction company founded in 1950. It is based in Beijing. Sinohydro was listed the 14th by annual revenue and 6th among the Chinese construction companies in the 2012 Engineering News-Record Top 225 Global Contractors. The company engages in architectural projects, electrical power investment, real estate, research and development and design and manufacture of construction equipment. It trades in water conservancy, power generation, expressway, railway, harbour and sea route, airport, municipal public utility and building industry.
